Answers to frequently asked questions regarding staying at Europa Park in Woolacombe, North Devon.


Q: Do you accept dogs?
A: Yes, dogs are £3 per night per dog

Q: Can we book for just one night?
A: We only take single night bookings on our 6 berth cabins, this can not be done in house, only online using the yellow button at the top of this page. Customers wanting all other accommodation or camping for a single night will need to turn up on the day, should we have availability then a single night can be booked.

Q: When does your high season start?
A: High season starts from mid-July and runs through until August 31st. Mid-season runs from Easter till mid-July then again for September and October. Low season is November to Easter.

Q: Is there a limit as to how many people you accept in a group?
A: No, you may book for as many people as you like

Q: How do I book?
A: You can either book online using our online booking system (yellow button at the top of the page) or you can call us on 01271 871 425.

Q: Do you supply any bedding?
A: No, we don’t supply any bedding in any of our accommodation.

Q: What extra charges are there upon arrival?
A: Car parking will be charged for upon arrival at £3 per night per car. If you are staying in either the static caravans, or surf lodges then you may also need to buy electric as they are on a ‘pay as you go meter’.

Q: Are families welcome?
A: Yes, however we advise that families only holiday with us from Sunday to Friday as we this is our quieter time when the large groups don’t usually stay.

Q: Do you accept groups under the age of 18?

A: No, at least half the group need to be 18 or over, there are no exceptions as our insurance simply won't allow it.

Q: Can you organise activities for us to do whilst we are staying at your holiday site?
A: We can organise a rodeo bull, which is available for £250 or £10 per person (which ever the greatest) for a 2 hour session, or a karaoke night, if this isn’t what you are looking for then we have a links page on our website that can point you in the right direction.

Q: How far is it to the beach and is it walking distance?
A: The beach is 1 mile away and you can walk to it using the footpath to the village centre.

Q: Do you have entertainment on in your bar?
A: Yes we do during our high season at weekends.

Q: Can we pitch our tents together?
A: Pitches are allocated upon arrival; however this doesn’t usually cause a problem for groups wanting to stay together.

Q: What time is your bar open until in the evenings?

A: Until approximately 1am during peak season and 11pm out of season (excluding bank holidays)

Q: Do you do student discounts, group discounts or camping and caravanning club discounts?
A: We do student discounts as long as every member of the group holds a valid NUS card; we also do a large group discount for mixed sex groups of 15 or more. Sorry we don't do Camping and Caravanning club discounts

Q: Do you serve food in the bar?
A: Yes, 5pm until 9pm

Q: Is there a shop on site?

A: Yes we have a convenience store on site that also does take away food.

Q: What’s the minimum payment I have to make upon booking, and when is the full balance due?
A: If you are camping the minimum payment is £30, if you are in accommodation then its £100 per accommodation unit, all payments must be made in full within 28 days of arrival.

Q: Where’s your closest train station?
A: Barnstaple train station, it’s about a 20 minute drive from here.
