Booking Terms and Conditions
YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO MAKE A BOOKING. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SITE IS SUITABLE FOR YOU BEFORE MAKING YOUR BOOKING - EUROPA IS A LIVELY CAMPSITE AT WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS WHILST SOME FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ENJOY THE ATMOSPHERE HERE IT MAY NOT SUIT EVERYONE.
Deposits are taken at the time of the booking £100 per accommodation unit and £30 for camping and touring. All deposits are non refundable under ANY circumstances.
If the booking value is less than the deposit then the full payment will be due upon booking and the full amount then becomes non refundable under any circumstances.
The full payment is due for your booking 28 days before arrival; failure to comply will result in the loss of your reservation without reimbursement of any deposits paid.
Changes can be made to bookings up to 28 days before your due arrival date. A £15 administration fee will be payable for each change, unless you change your booking at the time of paying the final balance.
Each accommodation is its own booking and subject to the Terms and Conditions and deposit requirements above.

Cancellation and flexibility Plan
£10 per booking.
If you have to cancel your holiday due to serious illness, death of an immediate family member or jury service for any member of your party named on your booking, and this can be fully substantiated and has arisen since the booking was made, then you are no longer liable for the remaining balance of your booking.
If the full payment has already been paid on your booking then you will be entitled to your money back minus the deposit (£100 per accommodation unit and £30 per camping/touring unit) and the cancellation plan fee.
If the cancellation plan is not taken out AT THE TIME OF BOOKING then we regret that the full balance is non refundable.
The cancellation plan is only valid up to 7 days before your due arrival date. All cancellations must be made in writing to us. We advise that you take out separate holiday insurance cover for any other circumstances.
Changes can be made up to 7 days before your due arrival date. A £15 administration fee will be payable for each change, however this charge is only applicable if the change actually involves administration. The manager’s decision is final.
Should the cancellation plan not be taken out upon booking then no monies can be refunded under any circumstances within 28 days of arrival, nor can any changes be made.
General conditions
Camping and touring bookings can check in is from 12.00 until 23.00 (during our quieter times please contact our reception to check what time the latest check in is as this can sometimes be changed to 22.00).
Accommodation bookings can check in from 15.00 until 23.00.
On the day of departure you must have checked out before 10.00. Failure to comply with this will result in charges for day passes and car parking.
Only the persons named on the booking can check in and occupy the booked unit, providing the FULL cash deposit is paid for all persons booked.
Electric pitches have a minimum occupancy of 2 adults.
We can only accept bookings for a maximum of 14 nights. No long term pitches are available.
Europa Park reserves the right to alter, cancel or postpone any prices, offers or facilities at any time without prior notice.
Management reserve the right to terminate or refuse the visit of any person for any reason.
During July and August there is a minimum of 3 nights stay on all accommodation bookings and a minimum nights stay of 3 on all camping bookings.
Electric hook-ups supply is 240 volts – 10 amps (approx 2 kilowatt) and connecters must comply with British safety standards.
We cannot accept groups under the age of 18 under any circumstances. Groups with underage persons within the group can be accepted, however at least 50% of the group MUST be over the age of 18 and one person over the age of 18 would have to sign for full responsibility for the group acting in a responsible manner where all underage procedures are in force.
Under 18's are not allowed into the bar area after 9pm hereafter they may use the adjoining games room or the outside decking.
All bank holidays are subject to a minimum of 3 nights stay.
No bedding is supplied in any of the accommodations. Sleeping bags and pillows are recommended.
Car parking is charged for at £3 per night per car. This charge can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
All guests MUST be registered and all fees paid at reception upon arrival (fixed penalties apply for unregistered cars and guests – Checks made hourly)
No fires on site under any circumstances – you will be asked to leave the site immediately if a fire is lit.
BBQ’s are allowed providing they are not causing a nuisance to other site users and are not damaging the grass – mobile BBQ stands are located around the site for use with disposable BBQ’s.
No admittance to site after 23.00 hours.
Driving vehicles around the camp site after 23.30 is strictly prohibited – if the barrier is locked you MUST park in one of the car parks provided and collect your car by 08.30.
No loud music out on site after 00.00 (music from the clubhouse may be heard up to 01.00 during busy periods – this is deemed acceptable within the boundaries of Europa)
All guests should be considerate of other guests when returning back late at night.
Unregistered guests are not allowed past the barriers on the site unless they purchase a day pass.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times – children are allowed in the restaurant and decking areas up to 21.30, however they are not allowed in the immediate bar area.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. All fouling must be collected and disposed of in the correct manner. They are not allowed in the swimming pool, showers or toilets – dogs should not be left on site unattended.
It is not acceptable to take wetsuits into the swimming pool.
We cannot guarantee specific pitches; pitches allocated together, uninterrupted electrical supply, TV signal, water pressure or water quality.
Insurance claims – The person that signs for the responsibility of the party included on the booking form is responsible for the first £5000 of any claim made against Europa for whatever reason made by any member of the party including the signee.
Europa Park accepts no liability for any injuries to any person, or loss or damage to their property, however caused.
Security Deposits
All security deposits will be payable in CASH upon arrival.
A £10 per person cash deposit is required on all accommodation upon arrival. Keys to accommodation will not be released until the full cash deposit has been paid
For camping groups of four or more persons a £10 per person cash deposit will be required upon arrival to ensure good behaviour on the site. Nobody in the group will be allowed to enter the site until the full cash deposit has been paid.
For all single sex groups a further £100 cash deposit will be required upon arrival in addition to the £10 per person cash deposit.
All deposits are fully refundable upon departure providing the group have followed the site terms and conditions during their stay.
One person from the group is responsible for the cash deposit.
Deposits can only be collected by a registered member of the party once the accommodation/pitch has been vacated, the keys have been handed in at reception (if applicable) and the accommodation/pitch has been checked by a member of staff.
You will receive your deposit back on departure provided you have adhered to all the site rules and conditions also met the terms of the cash deposit confirmed at the time the deposit is paid.
