Important Booking Terms and Conditions
ALL deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.
(£30.00 for Camping and Touring or £100.00 for All Accommodation)If the booking value is less than the deposit – the full amount of the booking is non refundable.
Changes can be made to bookings up to 7 days before your due arrival date, however a £15.00 administration fee applies for each change.
Cancellations must be made in writing not less than 7 days before your arrival date.If less than 7 days the full payment will be required.The amount due back to you is the amount paid MINUS the deposit requirements detailed above.
All bookings need to be paid for in full 28 days before arrival.
Linen is not included in ANY of our accommodation.You need to bring sleeping bags and pillows.
ALL Cars are charged for upon arrival at £3.00 per car, per night.
Cash deposits – A £10.00 per person cash deposit will be required on ALL accommodation upon arrival – this is fully refundable upon departure subject to the conditions informed of upon arrival.
For all male groups and stag parties Camping or Accommodation a further £100.00 will be required for good behaviour as with the cash deposit above this is fully refundable upon departure providing the group adhere to the site rules and conditions.
Europa Park is not able to accept groups under the age of 18 under any circumstances, groups with under age persons within the group would be accepted however at least 50% will need to be over the age of 18 AND the persons over the age of 18 will have to sign for FULL responsibility for the group.
We reserve the right to alter, cancel or postpone any prices, offers or facilities at any time without prior notice.
Minimum occupancies and minimum stays apply at all times - please confirm with the reception staff what these are at the time of your enquiry.
