The local area has lots to offer, visit the quaint villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with nice art and gift shops or take a trip out to Exmoor and lunch at Hunters Inn, followed by a stroll to Headons Mouth.
If it’s a bit of retail therapy you are looking for head to Atlantic Village or Barnstaple High Street and Green Lanes Shopping Centre for a varied selection of popular shops such as Marks and Spencer and Monsoon.If it’s trendy designer clothes you are looking for try the Surgery and Eden for Bench, Diesel, Superdry and much more.
Maybe try lunch in Prezzo or Pizza Express both located in the High Street.
If its cycling that you are interested in The Tarka Trail route 27 runs throughout North Devon. If you need to hire bikes you can do so in Braunton, you can then decide if you want to go to Barnstaple, Bideford, or even back to Woolacombe and Ilfracombe - it's your holiday!
